Below you will find information about report card distribution at each of our schools for the current school year. All dates are subject to change due to unexpected school closings and other events.
Glastonbury High School (Grades 9-12)
- Report cards are issued four times a year at the end of each marking period. The school principal will send an email message through our notification system to alert parents and students that quarter grades have been posted to the Powerschool Portal.
- The Powerschool Portal serves as an on-going progress report for students, parents and guardians. The Principal will remind parents when it is mid-quarter, a good time to check in on student progress.

Gideon Welles School (Grade 6)
- Report cards are issued four times a year at the end of each marking period. The school principal will send an email message through our notification system to alert parents and students that quarter grades have been posted to the Powerschool Portal.
- At Gideon Welles School, grades for Art, General Music, and Physical Education are reported twice a year and are included on the "Grades and Attendance" tab on the PowerSchool Grading Portal. Band,Orchestra and Chorus grades can be found on the "Standards Grades" tab.

Glastonbury Elementary Schools
- For information about the elementary report card, please see our Elementary Report Card Parent Guide.
- Students in grades 1-5 receive report cards three times a year. Kindergarten students receive report cards twice each year.
- Special Area reports for Art, Music, Physical Education, and Spanish are distributed twice each year.
- All report cards are sent home with students in their backpacks.
